Absolutely deplorable customer service. Reached out to this clinic in Dec 29th, 2022 for knee injections. Had my first appt with Dr. Matthies in January 2023 and service and process was seamless and fantastic.Then the chaos started with no end in sight when I tried to book an injection for my left knee. Been excruciating to be on the phone because it takes them 10 mins to locate my profile each and every time. Finally booked an appt on April 10th, arrived for my appt and was told they've been trying to reach me to cancel/reschedule because the Dr is off (different Dr than Dr. M). Not sure how or why they were calling a number that I have not had since 2021. Reception kept insisting that's the only number they've communicated with me and I pulled out my phone to show log history since Dec 29th to March 24th (11 calls in total) to my new" and ONLY number since 2021.The clinic has ONLy communicated with me at this "new" number AND via email the entire time I've been their patient. If they couldn't reach me on an old number that clearly indicates "unavailable" when called

Sarah has Excellent knowledge of her profession and is a great source of information regarding your care. Definitely will be using her services in the future.

My fitting and assessment went great.Sarah was polite and friendly but more important she was knowledgeable and made sure I understood what the issues were and how to help correct them.Would highly recommend.

Sarah was great. She was patient and explained all the details of the proper knee brace fitting steps. She took the time to refit my knee brace appropriately to address my concerns. The clinic is highly recommended.

Sarah is Great! She tis very patient and takes the time to listen and figure out how to help you in the best way possible. I have had 2 surgeries on my foot and she is very good at adjusting my orthotics to give me some relief from pressure points on the bottom of my foot.

My appointment was conducted on time and very professionally.Ms Alger took sufficient time to explain the device and to answer my questions, in addition to offering follow up explanations should I require same.The entire process, including administrative matters, was efficiently handled.

The experience the other day was first rate all the way round. Jonathan who put the brace on was extremely knowledgeable. Kathy was able to expedite the process and get my brace despite the horrendous service by ODSP. A job very well done!!!!

I was seen on time and treated respectfully and professionally. Sarah did a great job explaining the purpose of the hip brace and how it is determined, with my input, whether it would be right for me.

From the moment I entered the room, Sarah made me feel comfortable and at ease. Her manner is relaxed but very attentive to detail, and explains everything in an easy-to-understand way. After the examination, she told me about my options and the pros and cons of each. I felt well equipped to make a decision. My dealings with Cathy were very pleasant and efficient. I would definitely recommend Pedorthics In Motion-Oakville to my friends and family. Kudos to the team!
